Very good game in overall experience. I just don't see why not to explicitly offer (at some place in menu for instance) to watch ads to get a minimum amount of gems or gold? It could use an exchange between those resources, like in the bank or in special packs. It's also a bit annoying to continuously receive the "starter pack" offer EVERYWHERE specially when you are quite advanced in game. Some attractive extras could be: pvp challenges, and introducing two or three more resources.

hack 2020 Updated review: I really enjoyed the simple grind but as I ot further in the game I realized I would have to invest a lot of money or spend a lifetime to grind all the diamonds needed to complete the game. The game does let you play for a long time before spending money becomes an issue. Old review: Simple and easy to learn. But it seems like it's guna end getting really boring really quick or atleast somewhat quicker than it should. Very easy and fun game that doesn't require spending lots of money to get good. Great time killer. Hardly any ads and the gameplay is quite simple. Easy to progress. Definitely recommend playing. My one problem (not much of one) is the way you prepare your troops when attacking in the world map is set out. I find it hard to coordinate my troops and kind of ruins the tactical aspect.

This game has an attacking and defending strategy to it, and I like it because of the simple and Complex way you can play it. The point I'm trying to make is that most games have power ups, special units, ads for getting rewards etc. But this game has more than just the essentials, it has almost perfect history and the almost perfect tiers of troops the Romans started at. If you want to play this game go ahead but if you don't you are missing out on a lot of cool features.

It's a lot of fun. I have been playing for a few months. I dont play every day but a few times a week. Of course when I first installed it I binge played for a few days. It's lightly hard and slightly complicated. Enough to frustrate you a bit when you get "it" handed to you but not so hard it takes spending your hard earned real world money to exact revenge for the death of Flavious Estupidas. The tip of the Roman spear, once given a medal for eating the most bar nuts in a single sitting.

Im taking back a couple of the stars. Ive gone over wave 1000 aproaching 1200 without spending any of my money. This is a pay to win app. Its really boring wave after wave same setting the only scenamatic changes is when invading. My opinion.. change the battle scenery to match the defensive scenery. Change the scenery...make it Rome atmosphere. Its extremely boring I dont even want to finish the game

Awesome game Easy to play and minimal adds which can be eliminated by purchasing a starter pack for a mere $3 but its not a pay to play game. You can gain extra coin to level troops if you choose by watching adds and you gain gems every 10 waves. These guys got it right. I really recommend this game, you basically start from the beginning of the Roman era by fighting against the Italians, Gauls, one other and Carthage. It's also a relaxing game, after a busy moment you can pick it up and play for a few min then put it down. I wish that the map was a bit bigger so that you can invade Britannia and Egypt and also wish there was multiplayer mode but other than that it's awesome!!

From my experience. I have had fun time playing this app, although I think there is some room for improvement. The app is really good but there are a bit too many ads and it does take a bit of time to get into this game, the beginning is very slow and doesn't offer much. But once you have the right upgrades and enough money you start to have a lot of fun, I enjoy invading, doing that will help you earn more money. All n all I recommend download this app.

Good enough game.The game is enjoyable but not addicting. It starts off slow enough for progression to seem viable at first. However, like most phone games, unless you pay, in game bonuses are very difficult to get and often temporary or one time use. I decided to stop when after 50 waves I (finally) got some offensive cards. I used them only to find out they were one time use and could only afford one more chest after that amount of waves. Its a good casual game though, but not great. 3/5

Love ot if there was pvp, 1v1, and 2v2, love it to be option on a 2v2 to select either random match or invite friend, so if you choose invite friend you can enter player id if a friend or the pvp name they go by, player 1 gets legion 1, player 2 gets legion 2, if playing with friend game will search for up to 30 sec max, then automaticly choose 2 random players to fight against if timer runs out, base hp should depend on units ranks, if one friend has rank 5 and other rank six, give middle hp :)

It is pretty good. I didn't play for some time so I was pretty surprised to see that there was ads for real money. The only bad thing is that once you get to a certain level the enemy is pretty much undefeatable but please make it multi-player. So that friends in real life can send reinforcements when you need it or maybe some money as well. Other then that keep up the good work!

Fun game but one big issue, the AI needs some serious work, when you deploy troops, the ranged troops seem quite happy to completely obstruct any troops deployed behind them (especially reinforcement waves), and instead end up face tanking incoming enemies. Either split ranged deployment into 2 blocks with a channel to allow troops through, or make them move to allow other troops to pass. Fix this and the game will be amazing!

On the fence on a lot of features. I feel like I don't know what most upgrade will unlock until after they are unlocked. I know that sounds dumb but as an example I had my walls at level 10 for a long time. Two upgrades later I get a new building that had nothing to do with the walls. I wish I knew it was connected if that makes sense.

Hello this game is the best! Though please add a formation Ability with the Roman scutums what ja mc call it and it turns into a flrt or shields and the enemy attacks (will work for swordsman and spearman)the roman soldiera will kill the enemy with either swords or spears :) And if anyone beats the game add a campaign or story mode like invading Britain and other countrys and maybe add cutscenes? Pretty smart game. Its a sudo idle game with some strategies. In general there is no stakes to losing and each wave or round takes 2 minutes. Its also not super intrusive with ads (basically every now in then you have the chance to watch a ad to make more money).

I don't mind paying for a good game. But I don't like being told that part of the payment eliminates ads, when it clearly doesn't. Otherwise, it's a decent game. One star because the ads are still there, after paying.

Only complaint I have is all the coins I have, and can't do anything with,, my armies are maxed and I've over 8 million coins that are worthless; should be able to use them for crystals or extra regiment's, something 👎 Had to take away 2 ⭐

I really like the game but ever since y'all started the gems it is almost impossible to upgrade my champions by even a level without having to do a whole bunch of farming per level. Other then that I love the game.

This an awesome game 5 out of 5 but maybe add knights or ninjas but totally add another soldier also make it so every 100 waves you get an epic boss fight and if you beat it you get 50 gems also add multipleplayer mode.
