I do have a suggestion though: on regular notepad notes it'd be nice to have an option to automatically scroll to the bottom of the note when you open it. I keep a running food log every day for dietary reasons (as well as tracking other things) and I have to scroll so far down to get to the bottom of the list to add things. And I don't want to have to add a line at the top every time to log it backwards because thats weird lol

I am very sad, since I have to use iPhone now. I am unable to find this exact app in Apple. At least I can still use it on my tablet, except I will no longer be syncronized on PC, Tablet AND phone. Used to be a perfect app, the best notepad ever created on any system, but this update, they changed the interface and changed other things, and it's so much worse as so annoying,it was amazing for years, we used this app, now have to try find another that was similar to how this used to be, such a shame, this was the best app ever created for notes, now its near totally useless, such poor design and can't import anymore. This is the best ever. I write articles for our church and have 1,000's of notes. Other notepads only allow 50,000 letters. This has unlimited space. I could not find any other notepad that can sync to cloud/web and then to other devices. Cons: Maybe after so many years of storing notes app is beginning to crash and quite often. Many times a day I need to go back and check my notes which is why I must have them all in this app. It still deserves 5 stars and thanks for keeping it free.

I find this app incredibly useful on an almost daily basis. Whenever a circumstance arises where you need to jot down some info down quickly i would be lost without this app. I don't carry a pen and paper everywhere but i always have my phone. So if i hear a song I like or someone recommends a movie or some quick directions. I have a place where I can free write anything and save it quickly, while I'm on the go. It's been a real lifesaver for me, 4 real!!!!

This is the go too app for me for notes...I've took it off once and used the Google calendar for awhile but I'd rather be able to pin my reminders in my status bar to have a constant visual reminder that hey things need to be done...instead of always swiping to your calendar like I have to...this app is easy,simple and just does what it needs to ...so I had to put it back on my phone and that's where it'll stay..even if I get another phone this app will be used for years...

Love this! I have used this app every single day for many years! I have many ongoing lists.... Groceries and household items, to do, important information, etc. Also, I am a travel nurse and I pack weekly. I keep a travel packing list that I can check off every week and then uncheck, so that I can check off again the next week! I can add and subtract to it as I find stuff that I need or don't need on my trips!!

Great app! Use it for everyday notes that I may jot down; information, ideas or simple reminders. Color code your notes for organization, and be online synced and backup. Awesome Support Team!! Can't express that enough. Forgotten my password to my linked Google acc and couldn't sync up backup notes to restored phone. Absolutely a great app! However there's something i'd like to suggest for improving this app. I hope they will add a folder option and in that folder you can add notes/checklist cu'z sometimes my notes are needed to be in a folder, i want it to be organized. So pls. I beg you to add a folder in this app. And they'll add some search bar inside your notes cu'z sometimes there's a word i need to find quickly. Hopefully you'll reply.

I have used this app for years, with different android devices. It's absolutely fantastic! I even have it linked with my tablet. It's useful in sharing information between devices for every day use! Even if you just need a checklist for grocery shopping, errands, and to do lists. Also, it has a note option for writing out thoughts, ideas, and even starting a base for letters and such. You also don't have to worry about ads!!! 10/10 highly recommend!

I've been using this app for a few years now and overall really like it, and I use it a lot more than I ever anticipated when downloading the app initially. The only issue I've had is in transferring phones. Although it's saved onto my SD card, for some reason, I've had data missing when transferring to a new phone, or after a hard reset of the phone...even though I removed my SD card prior to the reset.

Very good app. Absolutely no ads in my 2 years of using this app. It allows you to create multiple note pads, which you are able to color code and sort by color. Also allows you to add a password lock to a notepad if you want, which is quite useful for storing confidential information. As well as being able to put notes on specific dates. I've tried many "note" apps and eventually uninstalled them, but this one is an absolute keeper. Nice and simple, really easy to use, visually appealing - what more can one ask for? Most other apps of this kind practically require studying a thick istruction manual before you can even begin to use them (and there never is such a manual, of course), but this one is so intuitive and streamlined that you can immediately start to get all of its functions and benefits.

It has become one I constantly use because it transfers so well, quick to respond, and love the color-coding because it makes it so easy to find my documents when I'm searching, plus it also has a good search feature, which works very well. Great app for notes, tasks, and lists. Synchronization between device works well. Larger font settings work well for those of us who have poor eyesight. Items can be easily shared from within the app via texts, emails, or copying to the clipboard. I have not had any issues with this app. Nicely done.👍

Very nice, well-made way of making notes, lists or writing things in general. Featues are fairly basic, you can change the font size, and color-code different note documents, but it has about all you would need. Everything is tidy, free of clutter or feature bloat, no ads, and it is also possible, if you have the app downloaded on your PC as well as mobile, to sync documents together. Wish I could bold, underline, etc. words but that's a nitpick seeing how this is a Notepad alt. Very nice app!

Been using this app forever, and appreciate it. What I don't understand is why they don't increase the number of characters per document/note. I've suggested it many time but still, I often get to the end of a note and need to start a new one because there is not enough space available. Plus, the search option is limited: it doesn't go to the term one is searching but need to scroll instead. Would save tons of time.

I have been using this app for as long as I can remember. I use it on every device that has it available to me. This app keeps me from having to remember where I placed an actual post it note...lol.... I have my shopping list, various medical information for my doctors, and many other lists. It's very useful; I would be lost without it. HELP...... I had to uninstall and reinstall this app. After reinstalling the app, it is telling me that colornote cannot load database. What the heck happened to the UI??!! I specifically did not update!! Do we not get a choice in whether we want this eyesore on our front screen? Can't you just make a switch in settings so that people have an option to switch it off? ColorNote has always looked sleek and elegant. Now it looks like a preschooler got a hold of it. If you add too much on a note, it isn't easy to move things around. Also, it is a bit annoying that you have to scroll to the top to access the edit icon. Overall, a handy tool I use regularly.

Before today (3/30/21) score would have been a 5 star. Does NOT have a password rest, that doesn't wipe out the files you keep locked. This is lame. I had to do a restart of my phone and can't get what I thought was the password to work, there is no FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD assistance. I found DELETE MASTER PASSWORD but that deletes the very thing I need to get to!! Poor concept!! And I've been using this for years!!

I have this app on all of my devices. It's very simple & basic but sufficient enough to keep track of and find important things. BUT😏, not a big deal, but if you could add some things... a Heading line to match the tabs, at the top of each section, will make them easier to find when scrolling down, plus, an option to put each item within each Tab in some kind of order(alpha\numeric)😉& if you can make the Orange tab brighter, it would be great! Almost perfect. The imperfections include not being to drag and drop notes in the order you want even when you have this option turned on in settings (you can only select default order and in colour order). Speaking of note order - there is a "Last Used" order setting, but it doesn't exist in the "Sort by" list on the "Home Page", so in effect you can't sort by "Last used". Another thing - check marks (ticks showing a note is completed) appear random, and you can neither remove nor add them.

Simple and efficient. Don't use the Samsung notes as this is so much better. Write notes but mainly use for the checklists as once saved you can mark each one of like it you've had a handwritten list. Had for 5+ years with 2 Samsung phones. Good little app you can make notes or tick lists with. I have 24 so far, so I don't know if it has a limit. You can colour code your notes, and you can display them by date or colour. There's a dark mode, and you can view your text 4 different ways: Lists, details, small grid or large grid. I find the app useful to write down those late night thoughts that undoubtedly surface when you're trying to sleep.

My major thumb down👎👎👎👎👏 for colornote is 1. it's inability to communicate with other editing software is WPS, DocTogo or even MSWord. I think you guys should look into that. 2. the one thing that made me pick this app over others they decided to changed in this update: the color order matching in all the sort orders. that one small simple feature allowed me to quickly organize my thoughts, categories them, and call them back up by color. now that process is disrupted. now there is no difference from me using one note or googles note pad besides the fact that they have many other useful apps to link my note pad to. i think ill try one of them now.

I love this app. I was really upset when I got my new S20 because color note did move over like my other apps. I was smart & it was backed up to a cloud service. Once I remembered that, it was downloaded onto new phone & all my notes were still there. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH THE APP, IS THE PASSWORD PROTECTION. IF YOU FORGET THE MASTER PW YOU ARE SCREWED BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE TO RESET IT WILL WIPE OUT EVERYTHING THAT WAS PW protected. There needs to be a way to reset without wiping out our notes.

I usually love this app but the pc version doesn't work with Korean. Which is ironic because I read that this app is made by a Korean company. Whenever I type in Korean, the characters don't combine to form words. Instead they are listed out separately, like in English. For example, the word "가위" looks like "ㄱㅏㅇㅜㅣ" only on the PC app.

Before, this app worked flawlessly. I have been a loyal user since 2015. But now i cant sign into my account (authentication error) even if i placed the right account email. I also used chrome or firefox browser to authenticate email but still no luck. Edit: already emailed but still waiting for reply. Miraculously, i was able to log in now but my friend cannot yet unfortunately. Is this some sort of bug in android 10? If yes, i hope it wont appear on android 11.

Overall, this note is one of the best to use because it is simple. However I wish the developer would create a sub-tabs option, something like subdirectories, so you can organise better if there are too many notes by being able to simply categorising them into one ditectory like Onenote. Hence to better organise the clutter of notes taken, without struggling to find back your notes. I hope you can make these changes.

This is a wonderful and simple note app with calendar and checklists however, I use the app on my android phone and my chromebook but it doesn't sync up. Whenever I make a new note from my chromebook, I check my phone and the new note is there but this does not work the other way around. When I create a new note on my android, it does not sync with my app on chromebook. Yes, I have online backup on and sync on launch on as well. I hope this error gets fixed soon! :(

You only need THIS ONE. It's been THE best right from day one. **I only wish it had a calculator** - have to bounce in and out to do figures. We're not just writing words - I'm writing buy lists for store purchases, jotting client figures, stock figures, etc. The swipe to access calendar is great as it is related to notes. Great SEARCH, could be use a side bar like in Brave Browser. Default "yellow notepad" color, optional color choices are pastels: easy to read on the light backgrounds.
