The moment you start putting your coins the game starts showing 'SLOW CONNECTION' and you end up losing your chance to win. Shocking part is there's no slow connection while their ads are being displayed. Don't download it. Waste of time and energy and your network charges.

Suggestion.. is it possible to use different coloured dotted line when we pull the striker towards the pluck. Because in Dubai level i am using contrast colour plucks but unable to distinguish the white dotted line from the board. If we can use different colour of dotted line according to power or plucks will be more useful.

Good game but irritating bugs and the worst support. Carrom switches to Disc Pool most of the time. Game gets stuck regularly. In the support, we are expected to type a 50 digit unique code. How do you expect a player to type in a long code. Update : Colombo arena has renamed to Mumbai arena. What's the reason??

If there will be Small level player then I will win. This update sucks. Matching random people regardless of level? A level 1 could be matched with a level 100. How are new players supposed to win? I enjoyed this game before but since this update, ive been constantly getting matched by people way past my rank, and rarely encounter a fair match. I'll give a good rating if you bring your old matchingg system back.

Currently (2nd April), the match pairing system is broken. With my current rank of 19, I am being paired with players having very much higher rankings i.e 40 and above. Very unfair. Has spoilt the game. Also, there is no chance of winning when playing in tournaments above Dubai Sky. The game sets it so that you cannot win.

Recent updates is very bad. It is selecting without matching level i.e. 35 against 87 level. Also numbet of players is not shown in istanbul, dubai etc. No update of friends online appearance. I am using this app for last 1 year but now a days I can see that this app is cheating its members. You play game and give coins and diamonds. Your coins and diamonds will keep showing till you are online but once when you gets offline.. your coins and dimaonds debited. Just before writing this review.. I was having 80 diamonds and 32000 coins around 2200 hors today but when I login again at 2300 hors there were only 5 diamonds and 11000 coins. And it is happening on regular basis. Cheaters.

But now in this version of the game, after every single match there is an ad which can't be skipped before 5 seconds. So annoying. The game is really good but the creators should think about something called "experiences"...as many times i tried for higher bid, the more experienced player play against me, for example i'm in 19 level and i play for 20000 coins, then my oppenent of level 25, 26 come to play against me, which is difficult for lower level players....those creators, i request you plz make the game improved so that the player who stays in lower level and bids for higher coins should get opponents of same level!!

The game is good only when you compete in lower leagues. The point you choose a higher league, the game suddenly become impossible to win. In a few instances you will just be given one shot at wining the match, in the mean while if u fail to win, the opponent will win the match pocketing all the coins in just one shot. How insane it that, and this happened to me not once but at several ocassions. Moreover the game has too many ads that make it one of the most annoying game I ever played.

This is a pre determined game app. Extreme ads. Makes you to lose if you don't pay no matter what. It will provide a favorable strike to your opponent, your puck could go for a fowl. Even then you are playing good it will automatically show that your game is facing "slow connection" and opponent wins. If u report ads you will lose. If u rate it one star you will lose.

The game itself is pretty good when you are playing on low levels but when you go to higher amount matches, the game becomes extremely rigged. Every single high amount match is filled with computer bots that don't even take a second to make their shots and somehow never ever miss their shots. A high amount match will have a generic name made up of numbers and will not make a single mistake and will make moves within one second (Something which is impossible for humans) Remove the Bots!😡

While playing with friends just to find the opponent's name it goes on scrolling for 2 hours until we don't want to play...... 3. Worst gaming experience. Do not play it. The game should be banned. Because it's not a game. In a 2 player game ai interfere with the pucks positioning, Stricker speed and aiming line. Lots of bot players. Even you purchased carron pass only few strickers will given. I fail to understand why they are helping players with low earnings, when the game requires skills. I suggest they can toss to decide win or loss it will save our time and efforts. I will sue them as they are taking money & rigging

A great game and I spent lot of time playing it. But recently I think some players have got cheat codes. 1) Once I started the game, it hung for some time and then suddenly opponent got brand new table to start .. 2) It happened thrice that after 2-3 shots game hung and even at 0-0 scores, Opponent won the match .. I have few screenshots for the same.. fyi I am generally connected though wifi, so no case of poor connecti ... please find out and Lemme know the reason, I willn increase the rating

I reccomend all who dnt like this much ads uninstall it. And even on 6GB ram the game lags no smoothness and also shows internet connectivity slow. Whenever I try to play offline practice mode with someone , it stops the game in the middle and trys to connect with the internet (even I turned off the wifi and mobile data) . It irritates alot . I will give 5 stars to this awesome game only after the developers fix this problem . Thanks .

Ya, this is really interesting game, but there no 3 or more players can play n there is no option to play with computer. Whatever. It is amazing. Incredible😍🤩. As well there are many option like freestyle carrom and many more. As we are playing online there are many stages of ruppes u can win n there is as well a grade for all the users which makes the game more interesting. We can as well play offline (pass n play). It is very good game so u can just go for it with a garantie.

The only problem is that whenever I close the app to do some work and open it again later, it says that it is connecting me to the previous game when I did not close the app during the game, but after the game. In the end, it says that there is an internet connection issue when other games are working with internet properly. I will give more stars once it is fixed

Two biggest problems that I can't tolerate: 1. While playing in Carrom mode, it automatically switches to Disc Pool while selecting the next game. That is so annoying and ruins the winning streak. I don't know if this is a bug or deliberate thing on the developer's part as if they're forcing players to play Disc Pool. 2. While playing Offline mode, I can never finish a game because the game always stops in the middle as the app opens the online modes.

Definitely addictive :-) but some serious problems...many times now I get frozen in the middle of a game I am winning and it shows a message saying connection is slow, when it's not... I just lost lots of coins with 3 games in a row lost like that... Not sure what happens but I can't just complain and have my money back...another weird thing is that after I already played and scored, after it unfreezes, it goes back as if I didn't play at all...very weird....

I thought this was pretty fun but you can't play a single round without using their in game currency. And before the developer says that there's an offline mode if you turn off your wifi- I don't want to turn off my wifi to play the game for free. A serious bug .. when slow internet connection.. the game fails to sync and when gets internet connection back.. game moves two steps back...meaning If I had potted a coin in last step..that won't be counted as if the step never happened... secondly the striker always goes into opponents hand. Therefore missing one complete step if there's connection slow...and striker always goes to opponent...this happned 4-5 times with me.
